Return and Refund Policy
At Kerveli Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For defective, damaged, or misprinted items, claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

Hygiene-sensitive products: tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, masks

How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at contact@kervelistudios.com within the return window. Include:

Photos of the issue, if relevant
We aim to process all requests within 7 working days. If your return or refund request is approved, our customer service team will provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide freight-to-collect (FTC) service.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same eligibility requirements: unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@kervelistudios.com.
